Company Profile In 1996, Preferred Services Incorporated. was founded as a small woman owned parking lot striping company. Since then our services have expanded to include roadways, airports, high security installations, hospitals, and municipalities. In addition, we have obtained a Virginia Class A Contractors License, VDOT Certified Road Stripers, VDOT Certified Flaggers for Traffic Control, Metropolitian Washington Airport Authority LDBE Certification and ranking in the top 100 pavement marking companies in the country for the past four years. Over the years we have also added to our list of services, asphalt repairs and site work crews. We perform these services for municipalites as well as major home builders.
